Trastuzumab Biosimilar Antibody, Research Grade (Anti-Her2 / ErbB2) is a research-use monoclonal antibody designed to bind human Her2/ErbB2, also known as HER-2/neu, CD340 or p185HER2. It is suitable for laboratory research involving Her2/ErbB2 detection, assay development, antibody comparison and biosimilar studies. The trastuzumab anti-Her2 antibody framework has been described in the literature, including Carter, P. et al. Humanization of an anti-p185HER2 antibody for human cancer therapy.
