DNA polymerase-IN-1 is a small molecule inhibitor of DNA polymerases, including Taq, with an IC50 of <250 µM. It demonstrates antiproliferative activity against tumor cells (IC50 = 20.7 µM) and has shown antiretroviral activity in vitro via RT-PCR assays. This compound is a useful research tool for studying oxidative damage and colorectal cancer mechanisms.
