The Human CCL16/HCC-4 Quick ELISA Kit is designed for the quantitative detection of natural and recombinant human CCL16 in cell culture supernatants, cell lysates, serum and plasma (heparin, EDTA). The kit has a detection range of 7.8 pg/ml - 500 pg/ml and a sensitivity of <10 pg/ml. The standard protein is expressed in E.coli, and the immunogen corresponds to the Q24-Q120 sequence of Human CCL16/HCC-4.
