The Mouse IL-10/Interleukin-10 ELISA Kit is designed for the quantitative detection of natural and recombinant mouse IL-10 in cell culture supernatants and serum. The kit has a detection range of 15.6 pg/ml - 1,000 pg/ml and a sensitivity of <1 pg/ml. The standard protein is expressed in E.coli, and the immunogen corresponds to the S19-S178 sequence of Mouse IL-10/Interleukin-10.
