体内	Treatment with STX-478 (100 mg/kg) produced powerful antitumor efficacy against PI3Kα mutant tumors in mice without metabolic dysregulation.
体外	STX-478 is a potent and selective inhibitor of all kinase domain mutant forms of PI3Kα found in cancer, with KD and IC50 values of H1047R and WT PI3Kα = 4.7 nmol/L (KD), respectively. 9.4 nmol/L (IC50) and 70 nmol/L (KD) 131 nmol/L (IC50).
