Puxitatug (INT-016) is a humanized anti-B7-H4 monoclonal antibody, serving as the targeting component of the ADC puxitatug samrotecan to deliver cytotoxic payloads to B7-H4-expressing tumors. It is utilized in oncology research for investigating ADC mechanisms and efficacy in both in vitro cell-based assays and in vivo xenograft models.
