It is formed by conjugating the Puxitatug antibody, which targets B7-H4, with the Puxitatug samrotecan drug-linker through random conjugation by reducing interchain cysteine. Puxitatug samrotecan exhibits antitumor activity and can be utilized in the study of cancers expressing B7-H4.
