This antibody works as advertised, which is something that cannot be taken for granted when working with antibodies. My western blots are clean and reproducible, which makes for a happy researcher! Very good antibody, wouldn't use anything else.

The MARCH2 antibody is one of the few antibodies I have bought from well known companies that works correctly. Luckily for me, I found the good one. It works well, and the specificity is acceptable. It is a elegant antibody.

The product is very effective and I was advised by the lab technician to use this product. We have used this CD133 antibody for quite some time, as it gives us highly reproducible results and easily identified staining. The concentration ratio allows us to do multiple sets of slides with the same lot and produces publication quality results every time.

MCU antibody works for finding the MCU in platelets mitochondria. We have used it in our lab for one year and it has given us good results. Its selectivity is better than other antibodies we have used. If you are using it for western blotting, it shows good specificity. It is easy and reliable to use for detection of MCU through western blotting.

Orb348962 was used for immunohistochemistry and Western blot experiments. The immunohistochemical staining results showed that the antibody had good specificity and obvious expression. The Western blot experiment showed clear bands, no obvious background, and no excess contaminants. The results were satisfactory!

Useful Collagen III Antibody from Biorbyt. Alkaline antigen retrieval (pH 9.0) caused more background staining. I used citrate pH 6.0 to reduce background staining. I increased the BSA that I normally use from 1% to 3%. There was a nice response. I can say that I got a better response than I expected in my trying. We are using the SGCA antibody for flow cytometry. However, it has only been validated for ELISA methods. The antibody gives a bright signal (FITC). It also comes in clear packaging. Great antibody, needs to be validated for flow cytometry.
